Product

Describe Games is a browser game studio.

We are building a place where people can create, test, edit, publish, and discover playable games from the browser. The product starts simple on the surface: describe what you want to build. Underneath, it is a studio pipeline for game logic, assets, runtime, iteration, publishing, and community.

What we are building

Describe Games is not a prompt toy and it is not a static mockup generator. A game only matters when it can be played. That means controls, camera, rules, feedback, objectives, progression, saving, publishing, and the ability to improve the project after the first version.

The first public wedge is browser-native game creation. The long-term product is a full creator studio where AI helps with the heavy work, while creators still keep control over the project.

Who it is for

Describe Games is for people with game ideas, small teams that want to move faster, communities that want to run competitions, and developers who want a lighter way to prototype browser games. The same studio should support a normal user describing a simple game and a serious creator building a project over time.

The interface should stay approachable. The system underneath can be complex. That is the point.

What is live versus planned

The public site, docs, profiles, discovery surfaces, account flows, and browser game direction are live. The studio is being built in stages. Some advanced systems, including deep multiplayer, long-running worlds, creator economy flows, imported asset marketplaces, and community compute, belong to the roadmap until they are explicitly marked as live.

We document this clearly because trust matters. Ambition is useful only when the product tells users what works today and what is still being built.
